When does the free trial start?

At your first sign-in in the desktop app. You get 30 days with every feature: all ocean layers, fish habitat, 5 hours of live weather and 30 fish for the AI Captain. No card is needed and nothing is charged when the trial ends.

What happens when my trial or plan ends?

The app keeps the base map, your account centre and the plans; the data layers and the AI Captain stop until you choose a plan. Your fishing-spot book stays on your computer.

Monthly or yearly: what is the difference?

Accepted Answer

A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months and lasts 12. Either way, your fish and weather hours refresh every 30 days; unused allowance does not carry over.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An upgrade starts straight away, and the unused value of your current plan becomes extra days on the new one. A lower plan can be chosen when your current plan ends.

What are fish, and how many do I need?

Fish are how the AI Captain is paid for. A quick question usually takes 1–2 fish, a data lookup 2–3, an area with species 3–4 and a deep zone analysis 7–8; the app shows the fish used under each answer. Plan fish are used first; fish from packs stay valid for 12 months.

How is weather time counted?

Only while a weather layer is on the map, the app window is open and you are using the computer. Weather layers pause on their own after 10 minutes without input. Fishing Ground includes 60 hours every 30 days.

How many computers can I use?

Accepted Answer

Each plan works on up to 2 computers at the same time, for example the wheelhouse PC and a laptop at home. Signing in on a third computer signs out the one you have not used for the longest.

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

By international card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) in US dollars, or by bank-transfer QR in Vietnam, which pays the equivalent in dong. Plans do not renew automatically: the app reminds you 7, 3 and 1 days before yours ends. Questions about an invoice or a fleet? Contact us .
